Booking starts with a one-time sign-in code. The traveler enters a mobile number and presses "Text me a code". Beneath the button, the page states:

Step 2: the registration form

After signing in, the traveler fills in the tour's registration form:

  • Name: first, middle and last name, suffix, and the name for the name tag
  • E-mail address
  • Mobile Number, with the optional text-message box directly beneath it
  • Mailing address: street, city, state or province, postal code, country
  • Passport: number, expiration date, country of issue, and an optional photo of the data page
  • Birth date and gender
  • Room type, roommate name and bed type
  • Emergency contact name and phone number
  • Any specific requests
  • Flight information and domestic airport preference
  • The tour's terms to acknowledge, such as payment deadlines and the cancellation policy

Directly beneath the Mobile Number field is an optional, unticked box:
